A: Unfortunately we do not pay for gemstones. However, we do pay wholesale price for all diamonds and will gladly accept them.

Q: What kind of gold or jewelry will you accept?
A: We generally accept ALL gold items .
Q: Some of my old gold jewelry has diamonds or semi-precious stones in the settings. Should I try to remove them before callingyou? Or will you return them to me?
A: Any gold jewelry containing diamonds will be credited back to your account and paid for on your gold settlement sheet. Any gold jewelry containing semi-precious stones will not be paid for. You are welcome to remove these stones before sending your pack to us.
